Prince William Fri 29th July

A casual swim from Port Gaverne to Port Isaac last night helped a couple of our instructors maintain their fitness levels and prepare themselves for the Big Swim next month. Check out our instructor’s results from last year at: http://thebigswimcornwall.co.uk/
It was a pretty nice swim, although a little choppy as we got out beyond the headland. Harriet is still convinced that it was a seal (and not a buoy) that popped up upon entry to the harbour!

Ed has disappeared to the Lake District for the weekend for a casual 50 mile run, racing in the Lakeland 50.
We’ll see how his legs are feeling on Monday morning! Some of us are incredibly impressed with Ed’s dedication to running, while the rest of us question his sanity…

Hoping the weather perks up this evening, Friday = Fisherman’s Friends. Its always nice to end the week with some Cornish sing song in Port Isaac with the rest of the team (its a shame Ben Scholfield is tone deaf).

‘I will definitely be calling my kid William. Well, if its a boy. ‘ William ‘Jon’ Waters continuing the family tradition…
