Yoga on the beach takes place twice weekly throughout the summer. It’s a great stand-alone activity but is also the perfect land-based session to complement our range of on-the-water activities. Our yoga sessions will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and breathing exercises that will help to warm up and energise your body ready for the day ahead, or wind down and relax following an active session on the Cornish coast.
Yoga sessions will take place on the beach or the grass above the beach, complemented by stunning views and the refreshing sea breeze, weather permitting. We have several indoor venue options for when the weather doesn’t allow us to run yoga outside, and in those instances we will confirm the session and venue ahead of time with everybody who has booked.
Our yoga classes are lead by Catherine Gallagher who is a qualified advanced yoga instructor. The sessions are open to all levels and no previous experience is necessary. We ask though that participants under 14 years of age are accompanied by an adult.
Yoga classes cost £12 per hour session per person, including the use of all necessary equipment.
As with all of our activities, we pride ourselves on maintaining small group sizes to provide the best possible experience.
